That decision is the real signal here, and it is unusual. Most technology detections tell you how a site was built. A landed cost tag tells you where a merchant sells, which is commercial geography rather than architecture, and it is information a storefront does not otherwise publish. Nothing in a page's markup announces that a retailer ships to dozens of countries and has thought about tariff classification, except a component like this one.
