The web's domains, in one downloadable database
webatla turns the whole domain landscape into structured data you can download, query locally, and own — no API limits, no subscription.
Who we are
webatla has operated since 2019, specializing in cybersecurity and domain infrastructure. That background shapes the product: accurate, lawfully-sourced, security-grade domain data that teams can trust and build on.
What we do
webatla is a global domain-intelligence database. For every active domain on the web we track DNS, WHOIS/RDAP, the technology stack and ranking, and deliver it as clean JSONL exports — over 400 million domains, refreshed daily. You download the file, work with it on your own machine, and keep it. One schema spans every dataset, so signals line up without stitching five sources together.
Why we built it
Domain intelligence is usually locked behind expensive APIs, rate limits and recurring subscriptions. We think the data should be a file you own: pay once, get a month of access, download as often as you like, and use it however you need. No lock-in, no metering, no surprise renewals — just the data.
How we work
- Fresh, not stale — exports are rebuilt daily, so a snapshot reflects the web as it is now.
- Direct download — plain JSONL (zstd-compressed); filter it with
jq, load it into anything. No per-request limits. - Try before you buy — every dataset has a free 10,000-row sample, no payment required.
- Lawful & GDPR-compliant — built from public registration and DNS records; we don't sell private personal data.
- Security-first — see our security practices & disclosure policy.
Who it's for
Threat-intelligence & SOC teams cross-referencing DNS, WHOIS and tech in one query; data and ML teams training domain-classification models; sales and marketing ops doing multi-criteria targeting; domain investors and researchers who need the full picture in a single file.
