Is this really not a subscription?
Correct. Every dataset is a one-time purchase. We do not store your card or auto-renew. Your access expires after 1 calendar month (or 1 year for the yearly option) and you choose when to renew.
What does «1 month» mean exactly?
From the moment of purchase you can download the dataset — including every daily fresh export published during that calendar month — as many times as you want. When the month ends the download link expires.
How does the yearly option work?
Same model, longer window. Pay 10× the 1-month price, get a full year of access — 2 months cheaper than renewing monthly. Still one-time, still no auto-renewal.
How fresh is the data?
Every day we generate a fresh export of every dataset. Inside your access window you can always grab the latest export.
What format do I get the data in?
JSON Lines (JSONL), zstd-compressed by default. The schema is stable and documented. Other formats are available on request for the All-data tier.
Can I see the data before paying?
Yes — every dataset has a free 10,000-row sample download. Same schema as the full file, so you can inspect columns and data quality first.
Is the data GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We only include publicly available WHOIS / RDAP / DNS data. Personal data is redacted where registrars require it. A DPA is available on request.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Datasets are digital products and all sales are final. That is why every dataset has a free 10K-row preview. The only exception is a material defect (broken file, wrong schema, >5% missing rows) — email support within 72 hours and we will re-issue or refund.
