ArvanCloud launched the service in 2017 as a Proprietary CDN offering edge delivery alongside storage, streaming, DNS and attack mitigation, into a market where international edge networks are unevenly reachable, where paying an overseas provider is difficult and where hosting decisions are shaped by sanctions as much as by latency. A domestic provider in that position absorbs demand that has nowhere else to go, which is why the population is both large and narrow.

That combination makes the list valuable to readers who are not normally CDN customers. Compliance and screening teams need to know which counterparties are hosted behind nationally operated infrastructure. Threat intelligence analysts use edge attribution to map infrastructure and to separate origin from front end. The limits here are real and worth stating first rather than last. A delivery network sits in front of the origin, so a detection tells you about how content reaches visitors, not about who owns, operates or physically hosts the machine behind it. A business can operate from anywhere and still front its site this way, and a business inside the country can sit behind an international network and never appear in this population at all. Front end delivery also masks the stack underneath, so rows for these domains tend to be thinner than average, with fewer server side fingerprints resolved.

Read the population as a delivery layer finding, cross reference it against the country, the TLD, the language of the content and whatever else resolved on the same row, and treat single rows as leads rather than conclusions. In aggregate the signal is strong. Domain by domain it is circumstantial, and pretending otherwise would make the data less useful, not more.
