On a single domain the answer is visible to the naked eye, since anyone can open the site and click. Eyeballing a population of this size is not a plan, and there is the whole argument for the download. What arrives is every site carrying the signal, with the country, the suffix and the rest of the detected stack alongside it, in rows you can filter, sample and join, plus the ability to compare snapshots and see which segments are growing. Treated as a filter it will save you a great deal of wasted outreach. Treated as a finding it will embarrass you, and the difference is entirely in how the caveats above are handled.
