About metisMenu
metisMenu is a lightweight, open-source jQuery plugin for creating collapsible, multi-level navigation menus typically used in admin dashboards and sidebar navigation systems. It follows Bootstrap conventions and allows developers to implement nested menus with smooth accordion-style expand and collapse animations.
The plugin is commonly used in Bootstrap-based admin templates and dashboard UI kits, where hierarchical navigation is needed. metisMenu is minimal in size and dependency footprint, making it a practical choice for projects that already use jQuery.
