About Jetpack
Jetpack is a feature-rich WordPress plugin developed by Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com. It brings many features found on WordPress.com-hosted sites to self-hosted WordPress installations, including site statistics and analytics, content delivery acceleration, security scanning, spam filtering via Akismet, social sharing, related posts, contact forms, and lazy loading for images.
First released in 2011, Jetpack has grown to be one of the most widely installed WordPress plugins, used by millions of websites globally. Its broad feature set makes it popular as an all-in-one solution for WordPress site owners who want enhanced performance and functionality without installing many separate plugins.
