About Najva
Push notifications are what a site reaches for once it accepts that the first visit will not convert. A permission prompt, a service worker, and a channel to reach the visitor again after they have closed the tab, all bolted onto a site that already had analytics telling it people were leaving.
Najva sits in our Marketing category, Najva operates it under a Proprietary licence, and our earliest record of it falls in 2018. A hosted retention service of this kind leaves a fairly direct trace, because the subscription script and the worker file have to be served for the feature to function at all. Detection is less inferential here than it is for tools that hide inside a tag manager.
What our data does not support is any claim about where the company sits or which markets it sells into. The older description attached to this entry made confident geographic statements that nothing in the structured record backs up, and we would rather say less than repeat them.
