About AccessTrade

Nobody installs an affiliate network tag by accident. A page carrying AccessTrade is either an advertiser measuring conversions it has agreed to pay commission on, or a publisher pushing traffic the other way and expecting to be paid for it. Either role implies a signed relationship with the network, which makes the tag a commercial signal rather than a technical one.

Interspace Co., Ltd. has run the network since 2001, and its published focus is Japan and Southeast Asia rather than North America or Western Europe. Regional networks behave differently from global ones. Their publisher base is local, their advertisers are often domestic brands, and a whole vertical can be served by a network that barely registers outside the region. Anyone mapping Asian performance marketing has to work through the regional players one at a time, because no single global list covers them.

As of September 2026 the tag appears on 1,572 domains in our Affiliate programs data. The network is Proprietary, so each of those sites is somebody's counterparty rather than a user of a free library, and the population moves with the network's own sales and churn rather than with open source adoption curves.

One caveat matters more here than in most categories. Affiliate tracking frequently fires on an order confirmation page that is reachable only after a purchase, and no crawler ever gets there. What we can see is the subset of sites that carry the tag on publicly reachable pages, plus those that load the network's script globally. The count is a floor rather than a census, and a domain missing from the file has not been shown to be outside the network.

Because our aggregate view of this technology carries no country breakdown, the geographic question has to be answered from the list itself.
