About Aircall

Cloud telephony is not a website technology, which is exactly what makes a match on a public page worth a second look. Aircall runs a company inbound and outbound calling, and the people using it spend the day inside a CRM or a helpdesk rather than on the marketing site. A fingerprint on the open web therefore comes from the edge of the product, usually a click to call button, a callback request form or a support page carrying a widget wired to the phone system behind it.

Aircall has sold the product since 2014 under a Proprietary licence, and our catalogue files the entry under CRM, a label that fits the buying centre better than it fits the technology. Voice, chat and ticketing come out of the same budget, and a company that has moved its numbers into a hosted system has usually made a broader decision about how sales and support conversations get handled and measured.

Presence reads as an organisational signal rather than an engineering one. A site exposing the integration has a team that answers the phone, a workflow that treats calls as trackable events, and enough process to justify paying for routing, recording and reporting. For anyone selling CRM connectors, conversation analytics, quality assurance tooling or a competing telephony product, a company like that is a qualified prospect rather than a technical curiosity.

The caveat here is severe and should be stated plainly. Almost everything the vendor sells is invisible from outside, because the application lives in a browser tab belonging to an employee and never touches the customer facing site. Our index sees only the accounts that chose to expose a public entry point, which means the web visible slice is a biased sample of the customer base, weighted towards companies that deliberately put calling on the site. As of October 2026 the recorded count stands at 1.

Given that bias, the question a dataset answers has to be chosen carefully. A per domain lookup will confirm whether one company you already have in mind has the widget installed, which is a fact you could also get by opening the page. The file answers the other direction, which is who has it at all, and hands back the hostnames so the visible slice can be filtered by sector, by the country of the domain or by the other tooling running on the same pages. Knowing which helpdesk, chat and analytics products sit alongside the telephony is what turns a thin list into an account map.

What each file holds, for every site:

  • Technologies: the domain, the full stack we detect with versions, IP, hosting country, HTTP status, social profiles, PageRank / Harmonic rank and domain dates.
  • All data: every column in one file: the domain, technologies, IP, hosting country, rank and dates, plus DNS records and RDAP / WHOIS.
  • A daily-refreshed export, so the list you receive is never stale.

How many websites use Aircall?
