The data in this record is provided by Identity Digital or, if the record pertains to a TLD not operated by Identity Digital, then the corresponding primary Registry Operator for informational purposes only, and neither Identity Digital nor the Registry Operator guarantee its accuracy. This service is intended only for query-based access. You agree that you will use this data only for lawful purposes and that, under no circumstances will you use this data to (a) allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission by e-mail, telephone, or facsimile of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations to entities other than the data recipient's own existing customers; or (b) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that send queries or data to the systems of Identity Digital, a Registrar, or Registry Operator except as reasonably necessary to register domain names or modify existing registrations. When using the RDAP service, please consider the following: the RDAP service is not a replacement for standard EPP commands to the SRS service. RDAP is not considered authoritative for registered domain objects. The RDAP service may be scheduled for downtime during production or OT&E maintenance periods. Queries to the RDAP services are throttled. If too many queries are received from a single IP address within a specified time, the service will begin to reject further queries for a period of time to prevent disruption of RDAP service access. Abuse of the RDAP system through data mining is mitigated by detecting and limiting bulk query access from single sources. Should you wish to contact the registrant, please refer to the RDAP records available through the registrar URL listed above. Access to non-public data may be provided, upon request, where it can be reasonably confirmed that the requester holds a specific legitimate interest and a proper legal basis for accessing the withheld data. About Gladly
A helpdesk platform leaves a far smaller trace on the public web than the size of the company running it suggests. The bulk of the product lives behind a login, where agents work, and only the customer-facing piece reaches a page a crawler can see. Gladly sits in the CRM group for that reason, because the detectable part is the widget or embedded chat entry point placed on a marketing site or a help centre, not the console where conversations are actually handled.
What happens behind that widget matters for anyone reading the signal. Gladly organises support around a persistent customer record rather than a queue of tickets, so email, voice, messaging and chat land in one timeline per person. Choosing that model is a deliberate break from ticket-based helpdesks, and it usually follows a migration rather than a first purchase. A site running it is rarely a company buying its first support tool.
Gladly ships the product under a Proprietary licence, and it has been on the market since 2016. The licence and the vintage are not decorative details for a researcher. A commercial licence means a contract, a seat count and a renewal date, so every detection points at a live commercial relationship rather than a developer choice made once and forgotten. The vintage places the product in the generation of support tools built for retail and direct-to-consumer brands that treat service as part of the brand, which is the segment where you should expect to find it.
As of October 2026 we detect Gladly on 1 site. The count is small, and we would rather explain why than dress it up. Detection depends on the customer-facing embed being present and recognisable on a page we have crawled, and plenty of deployments hide it behind an authenticated help centre or route it through a first-party domain. Treat the count as a floor.
A floor is still useful in one specific way. A per-domain lookup answers whether a company you already named uses the platform. The downloadable list inverts the question and hands you the set of sites where the fingerprint appears, which is how you build a competitive displacement list, a partner integration target list, or a sample of the kind of brand that chooses conversation-first support.
Frequently asked questions
How to download the list of websites using Gladly
The complete list of websites using Gladly is available as one structured file. Every row is a site we detected running Gladly, exported with its full record, so you can filter it offline instead of crawling the web yourself.
- Choose a dataset in the preview above or the price cards below
- Check out by card or in crypto, priced in EUR
- Download the list one JSONL file (zstd) in your account, which you can re-download any time during your access month
What each file holds, for every site:
- Technologies: the domain, the full stack we detect with versions, IP, hosting country, HTTP status, social profiles, PageRank / Harmonic rank and domain dates.
- All data: every column in one file: the domain, technologies, IP, hosting country, rank and dates, plus DNS records and RDAP / WHOIS.
- A daily-refreshed export, so the list you receive is never stale.
How many websites use Gladly?
webatla detects Gladly on 1 website, refreshed daily. Its row has the domain with its IP, hosting country, ranking and the rest of its stack, and All data adds DNS and WHOIS.
Can I download the list of websites using Gladly?
Yes, the list downloads as structured JSONL (zstd), one domain per line.
What's included for each site, and how fresh is it?
The Technologies file has the domain, the full stack with versions, IP, hosting country, HTTP status, PageRank and Harmonic. All data adds DNS and RDAP/WHOIS. Everything is re-detected and re-exported daily.
How do I find the websites using Gladly?
Buy the technology dataset, then download the complete list of domains we detect using Gladly, re-exported every day.
What else is in the Gladly technology data?

Can I download just the sites using Gladly, or the whole database?
