Sobre eNamad
Nem tudo o que um rastreador encontra numa página é engenharia. O eNamad é uma peça de regulação convertida em marcação. O selo é emitido pelo Ministry of ICT Iran e certifica que o negócio por trás de uma loja online está legalmente registado e opera dentro das regras iranianas de comércio eletrónico, o que o aproxima mais de uma matrícula do que de uma peça de software.
A consequência prática é que mostrar o selo não é verdadeiramente opcional. As plataformas de pagamento iranianas exigem habitualmente a certificação antes de processarem transações para um comerciante, e quem compra foi habituado a procurar o selo antes de introduzir os dados do cartão, pelo que ele marca o ponto em que um site deixa de ser um catálogo e passa a ser um negócio capaz de receber dinheiro. Detetá-lo é uma afirmação mais forte do que detetar um carrinho de compras, porque um carrinho prova que se instalou software enquanto o selo prova que houve papelada entregue e aceite por um regulador.

O restante, fora do espaço de domínios nacional, é sobretudo formado por negócios iranianos que operam em terminações genéricas, o que constitui por si só uma fatia útil para quem estuda como um mercado parcialmente isolado se apresenta ao mundo exterior.
Quem precisa da população em vez de uma só consulta é fácil de dizer neste caso. Quem dimensiona o retalho online iraniano, quem avalia contrapartes para efeitos de conformidade, quem estuda um mercado nacional de comércio eletrónico que os conjuntos de dados ocidentais mal cobrem, ou quem procura saber que plataformas e que ferramentas de pagamento esse mercado utiliza de facto, precisa do conjunto inteiro e não de um certificado. O selo é a chave de entrada no segmento, e são as tecnologias que o acompanham nos mesmos domínios que tornam o segmento legível.
Vale a pena enunciar os limites.
