About Rust
The distance between how much Rust is used and how often it can be detected is the whole story of this record, and reading the count without that context will mislead you.
Web fingerprinting works on what a server volunteers. A scripting runtime that writes its own name into a response header, a framework that stamps a generator tag into the markup, a library loaded from a public path with its version in the filename: all of that is self disclosure, and a detection count is really a census of self disclosure.
