O que a tag implica é uma decisão e não uma capacidade. Um site que carrega JavaScript a partir de um fornecedor externo de acessibilidade escolheu uma camada acrescentada em vez de reconstruir o seu próprio markup, e escolheu um produto com licença Proprietary com uma relação comercial recorrente por trás.
