Для дослідника саме розкид версій є причиною брати експорт, а не зведення. Старіші випуски самостійно розміщеного застосунку мовою Python це питання супроводу, а подекуди і безпеки, а знати, який вузол сидить на якому випуску, це рівно те, чого не з'ясувати, відвідуючи по одному сайту за раз. Команди безпеки, які картографують відкриту назовні інфраструктуру розробки, постачальники розміщених альтернатив і всі, хто вивчає, скільки живуть самостійно розміщені інструменти після того, як ринок пішов далі, потребують сукупності разом з її розподілом за версіями, і саме це несе завантажуваний файл, а служба поодинокої перевірки не несе.
