O software de hotelaria e restauração é invulgarmente honesto quanto a quem são os seus clientes. ResDiary trata das reservas de restaurante e da gestão de mesas, por isso um site que o transporta é quase de certeza um restaurante, um hotel com sala de refeições ou um grupo que opera vários espaços com uma única política de reservas. Não são muitas as tecnologias web que se sobrepõna um único setor com esta precisão, o que faz desta uma das classificações setoriais mais limpas disponíveis num conjunto de dados de tecnologia.
