JavaServer Pages(JSP)は、開発者がHTMLページ内に直接Javaコードを埋め込んで動的なウェブコンテンツを作成できるようにするJavaベースのサーバーサイド技術です。JSPページがリクエストされると、サーバーはそれをJavaサーブレットにコンパイルして実行し、生成されたHTMLをクライアントに返します。JSPはJava EEプラットフォームの一部としてSun Microsystemsによって導入されました。
