Şimdi Eclipse Foundation tarafından Jakarta Faces olarak sürdürülmektedir. JSF, özellikle Java EE altyapısının yaygın olduğu finans, sigorta ve devlet sektörlerinde kurumsal Java uygulamalarında yaygın olarak kullanılır. Popüler uygulamaları arasında Oracle Mojarra ve Apache MyFaces bulunur.
