Özbekistan web pazarı hakkında

Özbekistan'ın dijital sektörü, hükümetin yaklaşık 2017'den itibaren ekonomik ve düzenleyici reformları başlatmasından bu yana önemli bir dönüşüm geçirmiştir. İnternet erişim oranı, mobil geniş bandın yaygınlaşması ve azalan veri maliyetleri sayesinde hızla artmıştır. Hükümet telekomünikasyon sektörünü serbestleştirmiş, yeni yatırımlar çekmiş ve rekabeti artırmıştır. Taşkent, artan sayıda BT parkı, hızlandırma programı ve devlet destekli dijital girişimin yabancı teknoloji yatırımı çektiği bir Orta Asya teknoloji merkezi olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır.

.uz ccTLD uzantısı, devlet gözetimi altında Bilimsel ve Teknik Bilgi Merkezi tarafından yönetilmektedir. Özbekistan, kamu hizmetlerini dijitalleştirmek ve bürokrasiyi azaltmak amacıyla iddialı e-devlet programları başlatmıştır. Mobil para ve dijital bankacılığın benimsenmesi, düzenleyici fintech çerçeveleri tarafından desteklenerek büyümektedir. Özbek yazılım geliştiricilerinin küresel dış kaynak kullanımı pazarlarına giderek daha fazla katılmasıyla BT ihracat sektörü genişlemektedir. Ülkenin büyük ve genç nüfusu, teknoloji alanlarındaki artan eğitim düzeyleriyle birleşerek, Özbekistan'ı bölge genelinde güçlü dijital büyümenin sürmesi için elverişli bir konuma getirmektedir.
