.gov Hakkında

.gov, 1985 yılında kurulan orijinal sponsorlu üst düzey alan adlarından (sTLD) biridir ve münhasıran Amerika Birleşik Devletleri federal hükümetinin resmi kurumlarına ayrılmıştır. Bu uzantı internetteki en güvenilir uzantılardan biridir ve bir web sitesinin ABD hükümetinden gelen yetkili bir bilgi kaynağı olduğunu kullanıcılara anında sinyaller.
