Donuts Inc. tarafından işletilen ve 2015 yılında ICANN tarafından tahsis edilen bu TLD, genel kayda açıktır ve resmi askeri asker alım sitelerinden gazi derneklerine, savunma sanayi tedarikçilerine ve askeri tarih kuruluşlarına kadar dünya genelinde herkes tarafından kullanılabilir.
