Umman web pazarı hakkında

Umman, Vizyon 2040 çeşitlendirme stratejisinin bir parçası olarak dijital bağlantı ve e-devlet hizmetlerinde önemli adımlar atmıştır. İnternet erişim oranı, Omantel, Ooredoo ve Virgin Mobile Oman'ın yer aldığı rekabetçi bir geniş bant pazarının desteğiyle 90 %'nin üzerindedir. Telekomünikasyon Düzenleme Kurumu (TRA), 5G altyapısı için spektrum tahsisini denetlemiş ve artan veri talebini karşılamak üzere altyapı yatırımını teşvik etmiştir. Umman'ın veri merkezi sektörü gelişme aşamasındadır ve tesisler finansal hizmetler, petrol ve gaz ile kamu sektörlerine hizmet vermektedir.

.om ccTLD uzantısı Telekomünikasyon Düzenleme Kurumu (TRA) tarafından yönetilmektedir ve orta düzeyde kayıt hacmi görmektedir, başlıca kayıt sahipleri yerel işletmeler ve kamu kurumlarıdır. Maskat, bölgesel ve küresel teknoloji şirketlerinin faaliyetlerine ev sahipliği yapan teknoloji ve dijital hizmetler merkezi olarak öne çıkmaktadır.
