The library builds collapsible, multi level sidebar menus in the Bootstrap style, and it reaches most of the sites carrying it as part of an admin template bought or downloaded whole, rather than as a decision anybody made about navigation. The distinction changes what a detection means. Finding the library on a domain suggests a crawler reached a dashboard, a control panel or an application shell instead of a marketing page, because that is where sidebar navigation of this kind lives. For anyone trying to separate sites that are applications from sites that are publications, a marker like this one carries more information than the library itself deserves. We record 182 distinct version strings, and 1.4.0 recurs across a wide group of sites even though newer releases exist. A library embedded in a template is frozen at whatever release the template author happened to bundle, and templates are then copied, resold and reused for years, so the version distribution maps the vintage of admin themes rather than the upgrade behaviour of the sites running them. Reading it as a patch level survey would be a mistake. Practical use follows from what the library travels with. A site carrying this menu almost always carries jQuery and a Bootstrap based admin kit alongside it, and together those describe a stack, a build vintage and often a category of supplier. Companies selling into that stack, researchers studying how long template code survives in production, and security teams scoping which client side dependencies persist inside internal tools all need the population rather than a single answer.
