When a CMS, a commercial theme, an admin panel, or a site builder that is popular in one market ships a gesture library inside its default asset bundle, every site built on that product inherits the dependency without anyone deciding to use it. So a detection here frequently identifies the packaged stack underneath rather than a deliberate engineering choice, and the concentration in one market is the fingerprint of that stack rather than of the library. Reading it that way changes who the data is for. If you sell to the users of whatever platform dominates that market, the list is a way to enumerate them through a dependency they all carry. If you are doing supply chain or dependency auditing, the signal is different and more uncomfortable: the library is MIT licensed, our record for it starts in 2011, and its upstream repository has seen very little maintenance for years. Sites carrying it are carrying a frozen third-party file that nobody upstream is going to patch, and most of their owners do not know the file is there.
