A separate JavaScript project of the same name also circulates in the web tooling world, and the two products have nothing in common beyond the word. Our own fields do not settle the question. The record keeps PHP in the language field, dates the entry to 2020 and records a Proprietary licence, and the language value describes the JavaScript project rather than the plugin our address points at. The figure is a floor rather than a population. For a researcher the practical use of this row is as a candidate set. Pull the domains, fetch a handful, confirm which product is actually answering, then use the confirmed subset for whatever the real question was. Hosting companies, performance tooling vendors, agencies working in the same content system and analysts measuring how caching spreads through a platform all read the same file for different reasons, and each of them needs the whole set with the countries, the top level domains and the rest of the detected stack attached. A per domain lookup cannot help with that, because the problem is not confirming a site you already suspect.
